The "Thee Horseshoes, Warham (includes accomodation at the Old Post Office)

"The Three Horseshoes"

The "Thee Horseshoes" stands four-square on the crossroads at the centre of this village. It was formerly a shop property which owner Mr Ian Salmon has made into a very succesful pub which serves superb food. Don't expect plush surroundings! It's bare boards and basic, but don't let that put you off. The awards from "Good Food" to Egon Ronay to Good Pub Guide won year-in year-out are countless, and the food is always top-notch home-cooking.
It does get busy in-season (and out, sometimes!) There's ample parking space in the field diagonally across the cross-roads.
A three-course meal for two with wine comes out at no more than £30. (I've lost count how many times my wife and I have been- and never been disappointed)

"Red Lion", Stiffkey F

Beside the main A149 is this village pub which does an excellent line in 'pub food, with a three-course for two plus wine only costing £30-40.
Again I'll let the website speak for itself:

"The pub specialises in beers from East Anglia's top independent breweries, including Greene King Abbot Ale, Wolf Bitter, Woodforde's Wherry and 'pale, hoppy' Great Eastern. Food is also served and is stylish and filling. Local fish (from King's Lynn market) appears on the menu, Blakeney whitebait, soft herring roes on toast, crab salad and 'superbly fresh' grilled lemon sole. Other bar meals include salad of 'perfectly ripe' grilled goats' cheese, Thai spring rolls, chunky Norfolk game pie, and broccoli and Stilton quiche."
Don't attempt to park at the front. A huge car-park has been (quite literally) carved out at the back.
