A star rating system
has been introduced, based on both food and accomodation.
The system will award one to five stars; one star being awarded for
each of the following factors
-overall impression, service, amenities and value-for-money
-Accomodation; room quality, amenities and comfort
- -do- guest facilities
-Food; Qulaity of food
-Service and ambience
Where a facility has not been used and tested (accomodation or food),
then a one-star rate will be applied. After the rating the letter 'a'
or 'f' will be noted for the unrated factor
In the few cases where only food is available, a maximum of three stars
can be awarded, but the rating will be followed by 'F'
